- DoorPhone120 extra handset
- You can link several handsets to a DoorPhone120. The handsets that are linked to a single doorbell can also be used to communicate with each other (intercom function).

- The ID code is not set correctly. Repeat the pairing procedure.
- The channels are not synchronised. Set the handset and the door unit on the same channel and then repeat the pairing procedure.
- The batteries are low. Replace the door unit batteries or charge the handset.
- The log-on dipswitch (7) on the door unit is still on ‘Pairing’. Repeat the pairing procedure and set the switch to the normal position.
- The ID code is not set correctly. Repeat the pairing procedure.
- The channels are not synchronised. Set the handset and the door unit on the same channel and then repeat the pairing procedure.
- The batteries are low. Replace the door unit batteries or charge the handset.

If a handset answers a call, there is also communication to the other handsets so that they do not continue to ring. If the connection is broken immediately after answering, this communication will not have been completed properly. This means that when the next call to the door opener takes place, it will not work. Ensure, therefore, that when answering a call the connection takes place for at least 3 seconds.
