How does the Invisible Scart 300™ work?
It's really simple! The set consists of a transmitter, a scart receiver and an infrared extender. Connect the transmitter to your A/V device (e.g. DVD player). Then connect the receiver to your second TV. Via the infrared extender, you can continue to control A/V devices that are set up in a different room (or in a closed cupboard) with your own remote control.

The Invisible Scart 300™ has to be connected to the TV-out or Video-out of your PC. Mostly, the connection is on the graphic board. The signal you have to offer is the so called composite ‘video signal’. This is also referred to as CVBS or PAL-G. The connection to your graphic board can look as follows:
Given the many types of graphic boards we cannot be of assistance in this matter. To transmit sound you can use the audio-output on the sound cart of your PC. To do this you use an adapter plug of 3,5mm-plug to 2 x tulip-connection). Invisible Scart 300 - 09730 FAQ:1179Question: I cannot select the TV-option of my graphic board after connecting the Invisible Scart 300™ Answer: You need to connect a parallel resistance 70 and 150 Ohm (between the casing and the core of the cable) to the composite output of your graphic board. This is necessary to let your vide card detect the connection of a TV.
The flat dishes are for image en sound (2.4 GHz or 5.8GHz); the set-top aerials for the infrared backward channel (433 MHz). It is important that the flat dishes are well directed towards each other for optimal result.
The audio signal offered is probably too weak. Make sure the audio port of your PC is fully open. rnIf this is the case, you can check if the set is working properly. This can be done by using for instance a VCR or DVD-player as source instead of the PC. If the sound is still weak, the set might not be working properly. If the sound is all right, the signal offered by your PC is not correct.
Your video transmitter set can send analogue stereo signals, such as for example Dolby Surround. Digital systems such as for example Dolby 5.1 or Dolby Digital cannot be sent.
(e.g. for NVIDIA GeForce 5200 video cards)
Go to the settings of the graphics card and set the TV as primary monitor.
Yes. However, the signal will be the same on all receivers.
No, it is only possible to send a composite video signal (CVBS). rn rn
Yes this is possible, provided your beamer has a composite SCART video-input
Yes, every camera with CVBS / PAL output-signal can be used for this purpose (f.i. your Camcorder)

The infrared return channel is used to control equipment on the transmitter end from the receiver end. This means you can watch TV on a second monitor without having to use extra wires. You can use the decoder as a TV tuner. By using the remote control of the decoder with the receiver, you can change the channels on the decoder.
Both systems work on the same frequency band (2, 4 GHz). It is therefore possible that interference will occur. However, the Invisible Scart™ has several channels within the frequency band. This will probably also is the case with your WLAN. Pay attention in the case of so-called frequency hopping. In that case, different channels are selected all the time, which might cause interference after all
