The range of the PowerMid depends on the local situation. The number of walls and ceilings, and their construction, influence the distance the signal can travel. Normally the range is between 10 and 20 m.

Are the antennas of both the transmitter and the receiver fully extended?
Is the receiver too close to the satellite tuner or the PC? This can interrupt the signal.
Is the front of the PowerMid receiver aimed at the device? The PowerMid receiver transmits the infrared signal from the front of the box. P.S. The antenna is connected to it at the back.
Do you have other devices that use a frequency of 433 MHz? E.g. wireless headphones, wireless speakers or a baby alarm? If so, please turn these devices off.
The PowerMid does not work with Bang&Olufsen equipment (B&O).
